Q:  I want something made!  What should I do?

Q:  Can I view a sample of your work?
A:  All collage styles are available on our website.  For a short slideshow sample, please contact us!

Q:  How long is a slideshow? 
A:  The length of your slideshow is approximately 6 seconds per photo/text slide.  When figuring the length of your slideshow, multiply these by 6 and divide by 60.  For example - 145 photos and 5 additional text slides x 6 / 60 = 15 minutes.  Take into consideration, video clips can vary the length.

Q:  How do I get my hard copy photos to you?
A:  For best quality, scanning and emailing them to us is preferred but if you are unable to do so, you can take a picture of them, avoiding shadows and glares as much as possible.

Q:  What if I have a damaged or poor-quality photo that needs restoring? 
A:  We do minor photo edits when needed, but for more extensive work, we charge a minimum of $25 per photo, which will be discussed during the creative process. 

Q:  Do I have to submit my photos in a specific order?
A:  Although it's not required, we prefer doing so as it speeds up the process!  

Q:  What happens once my slideshow is finished?
A:  Upon completion of a video project, we will send a watermarked version to you via Dropbox or Google Drive.  Once we receive your approval, we will send the final to you in the same manner. 

Q:  Can I get a flash drive?
A:  We will happily send you a flash drive by mail for an additional $5 which will include your project and the photos you sent. 

Q:  What happens once my collage is finished?
A:  We will send you a watermarked version to you for approval in whatever avenue you choose (email, text, etc.)  Once approved, we will send you the digital copy and send it to print at a Walgreens or CVS of your choosing.

Q:  What happens if I want something changed after the final project has been sent?
A:  We are willing to make any changes you want at any time but do charge $2 per photo/video that you are requesting to be adjusted. 

Q:  How long will my project be available in Google Drive or Dropbox?
A:  Your project will be stored for 14 days so we recommend downloading at your earliest convenience. 

Q:  Is there a limit on how many photos I can send?
A:  The number of pictures that can be used varies depending on the size and style which we will review with you during the creative process.  Please only send the pictures/video clips/text slides you want included.
